Conforming to the target niche and online presence of the company, there has been limit in accessibility by visitor due to poor site structure and lack of great user experience to navigate the website easily. Access to the company e-store isn't seamless as expected while reduces sales and profit generation.
While focusing on the ambitions of the company to become a regional leader in the provision of digital and electronic technology solutions to the maritime, and industrial government segments, it was important that the company online presence is well detailed and display the right information to the visitors with great user experience.
Solution
A new website was created with a structured site map and accessibility increase to 200% by visitors. While accessing the website, I prioritize great user experience making it smooth and seamless.
We also revamped the e-store website, which allows user place an other on an equipment the company offers.
